Upstar USA operates strictly as an independent financial matching broker and advisory service. We are not a direct lender, underwriting depository bank, factor, or creditor. Completing our online form does not constitute a loan approval, rate guarantee, or commit participating underwriters to extend credit.
By submitting your request, you consent to receive disclosures, agreements, matching updates, and notifications electronically. You acknowledge that your digital submission is equivalent to a physical signature on paper documents and is fully legally binding under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current financial metrics (including monthly gross income, debt balances, and estimated credit scores) during our pre-qualification process. Providing intentionally fraudulent metrics may result in immediate termination of services and potential liability.
All content on the Website, including copy text, layout designs, CSS styling, logos, graphics, and code, is the property of Upstar USA, LLC and is protected by trademark and copyright laws. Commercial duplication or modification of our source code is strictly prohibited.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Montana**, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Billings, Montana.
